Serving all of the Idaho Panhandle, Realtor Kaila Treto is a real estate expert with a unique skillset as a former land surveyor, land developer, and local real estate investor. She received her Bachelor of Science in Geomatics (land surveying) degree and worked in the field throughout North Idaho and the Spokane area. This background means she has the knowledge and insights into real estate that few Realtors do. Kaila knows how to perform the work that’s required for her clients when investing or selling an acreage or vacant land property, which includes locating property corners and boundaries, tracking down plats, interpreting legal descriptions, and understanding easements and other encroachments. This experience makes her the ideal North Idaho agent.

 Building relationships with her clients on a foundation of integrity, diligence, and a client-first mindset, is Kaila’s first priority as a real estate agent. She is passionate about sharing her expertise and knowledge with her clients, whether it’s purchasing or selling a first or second home, acreage, investment, waterfront, or recreational property. Kaila understands the importance of listening to each of her clients and taking the time to understand their unique needs and interests. She chooses to work with Haven because the company reflects her values of honesty, hard work, community involvement, and high ethical standards. 

Along with raising and homeschooling their four children in the Coeur d’Alene area, Kaila and her husband have worked hard and built successful businesses, while also enjoying the great outdoors that North Idaho offers. When she’s not busy helping her clients bring their real estate dreams to life, Kaila and her family can be found actively investing in their local community; and they love spending time together on the water, hitting the slopes, hiking, hunting, gardening, and supporting friends and neighbors.
